【Instruction】

This product is a hydrophilic silicone oil, widely used for softening and finishing various fibers. It has outstanding effects on fabrics such as pure cotton, cotton spandex, CVC, Tencel, rayon, and Modal. The product has good chemical stability, excellent alkali resistance, acid resistance, and electrolyte resistance. After treatment, the fabric has breathable and hydrophilic effects, greatly improving the comfort of hand feeling and excellent stability. It is suitable for use in cylinders.

【Product features】

It endows the fabric with a softer, silky and fuller hand feeling, and has good hydrophilic characteristics.
Good stability, with outstanding alkali resistance, acid resistance and electrolyte stability.
It also has excellent stability under the condition of 100 °C high temperature, and is especially suitable for use in the cylinder of the overflow machine.
It can be used alone or compounded with other softeners. When used in the same bath with anionic stiffeners, a small test is required.

【Usage】

Softening in the post - finishing process of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing factories.

【Usage method】

It can be directly added to the dye vat for softening and finishing.
Recommended process:
- Padding method: This product can also be used in the setting process. Recommended process: (one - dip - one - nip, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80%) → drying → setting.
  Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L.
- Immersion method: Recommended process: immersion (constant temperature at 60 °C for 20min) → drainage → washing → drying.
  Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f.

【Precautions】

A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please do a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and packaging】

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
